Job Title: HR Assistant with Recruitment Experience

 

Location: Dubai, UAE

 

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with recruitment experience to support our Human Resources team in various HR functions. In this role, you will play a key part in the recruitment process, assist with employee onboarding, and ensure smooth HR operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and advertisements.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and ensure timely communication.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.

Assist with employee record management and other administrative HR tasks.

Provide support for HR-related queries from employees and maintain confidentiality.

Assist in the preparation and delivery of HR reports, policies, and procedures.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, training, and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

 

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a recruitment role, ideally within the UAE market.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR regulations.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
